Need more space? All three homes can be rented together for larger gatherings to sleep 45! Inquire about adding Big Blue Lakehouse and/or Highland House. Step inside to find a warm and open main floor with a beautifully updated kitchen, inviting dining area, and a cozy living room that opens onto a covered back deck with lake views (depending on season). There’s also a dedicated desk area for remote work or planning your lake adventures, plus a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. Out back, enjoy a private patio with a firepit, propane grill, and room to relax under the stars. Follow the lighthouse-style winding staircase to the second floor, where three queen bedrooms await. The primary bedroom features a private covered balcony and direct access to a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Head up one more level to the third-floor retreat—ideal for movie nights or peaceful mornings. Here you'll find a large sectional with TV, reading nook with gorgeous seasonal lake views through the oak canopy, and a gas fireplace that sets the mood on cool fall or winter evenings. A stunning new bathroom with an oversized jetted air tub adds spa-like comfort. A smaller bonus room offers a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top, and a roll-out twin), plus a mini fridge and microwave to keep your snacks close by for movie nights! Board games included! Other things to note *The Pier is shared with the homes next door (Airbnb Listings: Highland House and Big Blue Lakehouse). You will have full access to tie ONE (1) boat up on the left side of the pier. *If you are looking for more sleeping for larger groups, consider renting The Highland House (sleeps 21) and/or Big Blue Lakehouse (Sleeps 12) in addition to this home! *Please note, pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire if any sooner/past that date. *Firewood is not provided, you will need to bring your own *Property is on well water, which has been tested and safe to drink. It can at times become discolored due to high iron in the water/slight smell-this is normal for the area. We do also have a Reverse Osmosis System for drinking. *Third Floor has a AC, but it can get warm. We do have a portable AC Unit (not pictured) that also cools the upper level *Third Floor bunk trundle can be moved into the living room by guests-please move back before you check out *There are security cameras facing the driveway for safety and security purposes *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us!
