There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building * All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open). * The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round) * The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated. * The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. * The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Guest access Guest have access to all the amenities, pools, lazy river water park, hot tubs, tennis courts, etc at the resort for no extra charge, regardless of which building they are staying. Other things to note: Information regarding amenities for 2025 *******Starting January 1st, Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $5 per vehicle/per day gate fee, payable upon 1st entry to the resort at the security guard gate. This is only payable by credit/debit card. You will receive your parking hangtag at that time for the dates of your stay. Please do not lose this hangtag as you will need to pay for a replacement tag. This is a resort policy. Also, guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bike and vehicle towing the trailer per day. **Renaissance Tower will have on going ground level construction that is currently scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2025** Lazy river water park will open no later than March 30th. 1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost. 2) Renaissance Tower outdoor pool and indoor hot tub open all year round. 3) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool open same schedule as the lazy river water park. Five Seasons indoor pool open all year round. 4) Oceanfront bar and grill: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 11pm during summer. You must be 23 years old to rent at Myrtle Beach Resort. There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No pets are allowed at the resort, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bike weeks). During spring/fall bikes weeks, motorcycles are allowed and will also need to pay the $5 per bike/per day gate fee and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bike week dates. During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle free. Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs. Feel free to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach. The airport is a very easy Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.
