Little Bruce

A contemporary hide away in historic Falkland. Cosy accommodation with an open plan living space opens onto quaint streets where you can access local hospitality and endless country walks. A stylish base for visiting the abundant tourist sites of Fife. Best suited to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children but can accommodate up to 4 persons comfortably, with a range of bed configurations to suit. Sizeable kitchen with a range of amenities, a variety of seating for dining or relaxing and smart TV. The space The main door opens into a spacious open plan living and dining area, with modern kitchen and contemporary interior. Equipped with most common kitchen goods, including a microwave and air frier and a range of coffee making facilities, where some hot drink basics are provided for your convenience on arrival! Little Bruce is a super base for the many walks in and around Falkland. Just outside the front door the local streets lead directly into the heart of the Falkland Estate. Tired feet can be welcomed home to rest in front of the smart TV, or play some board games. Access your personal TV Apps with your own user account details (ensuring to log out again on departure) or use the ‘Little Bruce’ guest access in Netflix as part of your stay. WiFi is also provided. Off the living space there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room/WC. Towels are provided. The larger bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe space, also housing some household items like a vacuum and iron. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe space. The sofa in the living room may be used as a sofa bed and is sized as a double. Instructions for use are in the manual. Please inform us if the sofa bed is to be used and bedding access will be arranged. Guest access Access into the property will be done at any check in time using the lockbox. A lockbox code will be shared before your arrival. All rooms of the property can be accessed by guests. Certain cupboards or boxes are labelled HOST ONLY so we ask that these are left private for your safety and/or our privacy. The second bedroom has window access onto a small outdoor basement space. This is not intended for use but is accessible for fire safety purposes. Other things to note Your hosts love Falkland and love this Little Bruce holiday home. It is our holiday home too so we hope you enjoy and respect it as much as we do. We also love interiors and as a project, Little Bruce will continue to evolve and replace white space with colour. Falkland has many traditional homes for let so we wanted to make this one a little more contemporary inside, yet still housed within this very old and handsome Baronial building.
