The layout allows you to spend time together comfortably without sacrificing privacy. 🛏️ Upper floor: Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, each with a bathroom, designed to offer rest, comfort, and privacy for each guest. 🌿 Outdoors & Surroundings The exterior is one of the house's great attractions: a covered terrace, garden, private pool, pergola with barbecue, and separate bathroom. It is a perfect space for outdoor breakfasts, poolside afternoons, family dinners, or moments of relaxation surrounded by nature. The villa is located within Aldea Umm, a private residential complex with green areas, a clubhouse, a communal pool (in addition to the private pool), an outdoor gym, a pet park, children's play areas, and recreational spaces. It is an excellent choice for those who want peace and quiet without being too far from beaches, cenotes, restaurants, and the airport. 🐒 Vibrant nature all around Occasionally, you may have some very special visitors: little spider monkeys that live in the surrounding area and move through the trees near the house. They are friendly and part of the area's natural environment. With a little luck, you'll be able to spot them during your stay and enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature. 🌿 Guest access You will have full, private access to the entire villa during your stay. You can enjoy the living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, garden, private pool, pergola with grill, outdoor bathroom, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms on the property. You can also use the residential complex's amenities, such as children's play areas, pet park, parks, outdoor gym, clubhouse, communal pool, and art garden, provided you respect the residential complex's schedules and rules. The villa won't be shared with other guests. Access to the residential complex is controlled, so before your arrival, we will share with you the necessary instructions for a comfortable and safe entry. Other things to note Casa Emma is located within Aldea Umm, a private residential complex surrounded by nature. We recommend having a car for more convenient access to beaches, cenotes, supermarkets, restaurants, and the airport. Since the property is located in a natural environment, local wildlife such as spider monkeys, birds, and insects typical of the area may occasionally be present. Please enjoy nature from a distance and do not feed the animals. The villa is ideal for families, quiet groups, and relaxing getaways. Meetings, celebrations, or special activities must be discussed and approved in advance. No parties or events that disturb the peace of the residential community are permitted. For security, the property and the residential complex may have exterior cameras in entrance areas or common areas. There are no cameras in indoor spaces or private areas.
