Located next to the Arco Jerez, our house offers a perfect combination of modern comfort and traditional charm. Space distribution: Bedrooms: The house has two bedrooms. One located on the first floor (where the bathroom is located), and equipped with a double bed. And the other on the second floor, with a sofa bed and direct access to the terrace. Living room: A cozy space with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a careful decoration that invites you to rest after a day exploring the city. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and ceramic hob, as well as utensils and kitchenware necessary to prepare your favorite meals. It has a large table for eating. Bathrooms: A full bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer and essential toiletries for your convenience. It's on the first floor. Terrace. With table and chair to enjoy the outdoors. It is located on the second floor of the house. Accessibility: Our house is in a pedestrian area of the historic center. We recommend parking on the streets near Arco Jerez, such as Calle Vía Mirador, Calle Palomar or Avenida Campo del Rosario, all less than a 5-minute walk away.
