The space Inside, the open floor plan connects the modern kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it easy to cook, eat, and hang out together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a cozy island with seating for three—ideal for sharing meals and stories over a glass of local wine. After a day of exploring, kick back on the comfy sofa with your favorite book or movie. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and smart TVs, plus a third room with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Need more space? The queen sleeper sofa in the living area has you covered. Spend your days at nearby Crystal Beach Swimming Park, where you can picnic, swim in gradual, family-friendly waters, and watch the kids play from a raised viewing area. When you’re ready to venture out, downtown Canandaigua offers dining, paddleboat rides, shopping, and even water parks—all just a quick drive away. Greenbriar Getaway has one exterior camera at the front door of this home that faces outward. The camera does not look into any interior living areas. Guest access Property Equipped with Keyless - You may proceed directly to your vacation rental! Other things to note Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Please note: All children, including infants, are included in the maximum occupancy. Note: 1. You will receive a message upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our House Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description. 4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. 6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. 7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15. 8. 7. Pets are not allowed as owner has severe pet allergies.
