We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement to sign in order to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. You can even share it with friends and family! Got questions? Just message us anytime! Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time — we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. **ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL** Our pool can be heated year round, however depending on the outside temperatures during your stay, it could be more difficult to heat during January and February's coldest temperatures. Thank you for understanding. While the pool won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained at 86º degrees November to April/May. Our pool team comes to take care of the home on Thursday or Friday. On the coldest days of the year our pool may not reach set temperature due to the extreme cold. Most heat pumps do not function as well when outside temperature is less than 55 degrees. We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
