During the summer months, the Texas heat often keeps the pool naturally warm, so additional heating may not always be necessary. Please note the heated pool does not reach hot tub temperatures. During colder months, outdoor temperatures may affect heating time and the final pool temperature. Our pool service team visits every Thursday or Friday for routine maintenance to help keep the pool clean and ready for your stay. Summer Pool Heat Rate (May–September): • Only $35/night Standard Pool Heating Rates (starting October): • $50 per night To ensure the pool is warm and ready for your stay, we kindly ask that pool heat requests be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival. 🔑 Book Now and Start Making Memories! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home and all amenities during their stay. Feel free to enjoy all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the pool, backyard games, and lounge areas. The only locked spaces are the garage and supply closets. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $500 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. Pool Expectation: Our pool can be heated year-round by request! During the coldest days of January and February, it may take a little longer to reach the set temperature, so thanks for your understanding. While it won’t get as warm as a hot tub, the pool is usually maintained around 86ºF by request from November through April/May. Please note: 1. Pool heating is available for $50 per day. 2. Heating availability may depend on outdoor temperatures. 3. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. NO PETS allowed in this property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
