OceanFront Oasis, is Nestled in a private Gated Community, just Yards from Owenahincha beach. A contemporary, yet charming retreat with all the comforts of home, set in the heart of beautiful West Cork. Family Friendly with access to a games room with Pool and Table tennis and within a short drive of many family friendly activities. You will enjoy easy access to the many beaches and stunning coastal and forest walks nearby, as well as the charming local towns of Rosscarbery and Clonakilty. The space The property is within a small, private, Gated development of 20 houses. Downstairs, there is an entrance hall way and a large open plan living space with Kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully fitted out with oven, Hob, Microwave, Air Fryer, kettle and toaster. Basics, such as Tea / Coffee, condiments and pots and pans are also included. The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather couches, TV with Satellite and Digital channels. There is a wood burning stove also, for cozying up on those cold nights! Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first has a large, queen bed, wardrobe, drawers dressing table with large mirror and hairdryer. This room is en-suite with a power shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, Drawers and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom has two single beds and a pull out mattress, The main Bathroom has a bath with an overhead power shower. All bathrooms come with shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash and Towels. Outside the property, there is a large patio with picnic bench and 2 other chairs. Sun loungers are also available on request. Beyond the Patio, there is a large garden area which is communal to all within the development. This includes a sandy playground area with swings and slides. You will also have access to the games room, which contains a pool table, (no charge), and ping pong table. Just outside the gates , (across the road) is the wonderful, Blue flag Owenahincha Beach, and within a short, scenic walk is the lovely Warren Beach. Both these beaches have lifeguards on duty over the summer months. The area itself is full of Natural Beauty, with Stunning Forest walks around Castlefreke and Rathbarry,. There are also some fantastic points of interest, such as Galley Head Lighthouse, Drombeg Stone Circle and a host of historically significant sites. Enjoy the atmosphere, and the food and drink of the local towns, Rosscarbery and Clonakilty. Here you will find west cork's finest local produce and company. You will also be ideally located to explore all that west cork has to offer, such as the wonderful towns of Schull and Ballydehob, and attractions like Mizen Head and Dursey Island Cable Car!
