Riviera de São Lourenço is an open and 100% planned neighborhood in the Municipality of Bertioga, located at Km 212 of the Rio-Santos Highway (only 120 km from the Capital of the State of São Paulo). The apartment is in module 6, has 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), 2 bathrooms with electric central heating showers, a living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen and balcony overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 meters in a straight line. On the beach, 1 umbrella and 3 chairs are available. Kitchen equipped with stove, frost free refrigerator, microwave, household utilities (we also have a blender, toaster). Service area with washing machine. Other important information: 🚼 The apartment does not have a protective screen on the balcony and windows, so we do not recommend leaving children and pets unattended. ℹ ️ Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans (we do not have air-conditioning). 🏖 The distance to the beach is approximately 400 meters in a straight line. Beach service: - 1 sun umbrella and 3 chairs are available on the beach. — COVID19 Pandemic Update: Bertioga City Hall is allowing access to the beach, but it is important to note that this may change as the pandemic evolves. Note: If you need more chairs than the 3 that are available on the beach, we have 2 more extras in the apartment and another umbrella. The building👙's common area has 4 swimming pools (children's + adult) and a sauna that can be used by guests. We do🛌 not provide linens and towels. We 🚗 have 1 parking space in the covered garage available in the building's basement. Smoking is🚭 not allowed inside the apartment (including the balcony). 🔞 Children under 18 can only stay with at least one parent or legal guardian. We 🐾🐾 are pet friendly. If you want to take your pet, here are some guidelines: - Pets enter the building through the garage. In the case of small animals, they can enter through the main entrance on your lap. - Please note that our pets must also follow the silence rule between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Penalties for non-compliance with this rule will be passed on to the tenants. - Riviera de São Lourenço does not allow animals on the beach.
