City apartment with flair

Cozy city apartment on the 2nd floor of a very quiet 6 family house. Central Station, bus station as well as downtown, are on foot, only 15 minutes away. The free zoo, the Ruhrfestspielhaus and the highway can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. Many more options nearby, are very easy to learn on site via Google Maps. Access to all transportation is also great for business travelers with long-term stays. The space You can expect a cozily furnished 2.5 room apartment on the 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed. 1.40 m x 2.00 m and 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop as well as a modern microwave combination oven and fridge/freezer combination. There is also a capsule coffee maker and a small selection of different varieties. After eating, you can sit back comfortably and let the dishwasher do your dishes while watching a movie (Netflix) in the dining/ and TV room. Of course, you can also wash your things in the washing machine and dry on a drying rack in the apartment to be able to start fresh again the next day. Laundry detergent and dish soap for the machines are also available. The digital world is very important and therefore, there is a fast Wi-Fi in all rooms so that all residents can go online without restrictions. Downtown as well as the train and bus station are a 15-minute walk away. The highway is only 5 minutes away by car. Supermarket, bakery, cafe can be reached in 3 minutes. Other shopping facilities can be reached in 10 minutes. The apartment is our own apartment and we also use it for family visits if it turns out. That's why we ask you to be respectful of our home.
