Make yourself at home with a luxurious king bed with plush pillows and linens, large workstation/desk, individual HVAC unit, full-length mirror, black out shades and two large closets accompanied by your own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The King Bedroom is your oasis of comfort. Queen Bedroom - Also on the second level you’ll find a charming queen bedroom with its own HVAC unit, full-length mirror, black out shades, closet, and a half bath just outside the room in the hallway. Queen Bedroom - Prefer the main floor? The main level bedroom provides your own peaceful retreat with a queen bed, desk/workstation, reading nook, black out shades, as well as its own HVAC unit, full-length mirror, large closet (the other closet is locked for supplies), and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo just outside your room. Queen Bedroom - Bringing kids or like to stay up late and hangout? Our fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor with two memory foam queen beds, individual HVAC unit, and is open to the adjacent ground floor lounge space. You’ll also have your own full bathroom with a shower. --BATHROOMS-- The house features 3 full bathrooms—two with bathtubs, perfect for kids' bath time, and one with a standing shower—plus a convenient 4th half bath on the upper level. Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with Public Goods essentials, blow dryers and fresh towels! --LIVING ROOM-- Our living space is designed for relaxation and socializing. The spacious, open layout offers multiple seating options ensuring everyone has room to spread out and unwind, making it an ideal gathering spot for friends and family. It features a white-washed brick floor-to-ceiling fireplace with large full southern exposure facing windows throughout, offering stunning mountain and dreamy sunset views. There is space to comfortably fit all ten guests. Curl up on our large Lovesac sectional couch and the 55” Roku Smart TV (allowing you to access all your favorite streaming services). --KITCHEN & DINING ROOM-- We pride ourselves on a fully equipped and stocked kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. We offer an assortment of coffee and tea options including the Keurig Duo (can utilize both K cups and drip coffee, we’ll provide you with a starter set of K cups and tea), Aeropress, French press, Moka Pot and a Fellow Ode Brew coffee grinder. You’ll have plenty of space for hosting with a large kitchen island as well as ample countertop space. Move the festivities to the spacious handcrafted, wooden 10-person dining table where you can enjoy group gatherings with mountain views just outside the windows. --LOWER LEVEL LOUNGE-- Head to the ground floor lounge and game area where you can put on the game while hitting bullseye on our dart board set. Unleash your competitive side with a 3-in-1 game table w/ foosball, air hockey and ping pong. Alternatively, for those who prefer to relax, we offer a cozy setup by the fireplace, complete with a sectional perfect for unwinding and a Roku Smart TV. Love to play board games? Crack open up our fully stocked game hutch and challenge your friends or family to whichever game catches your eye. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a shower as well as access to a washer and dryer (detergent provided) and walkout access to the backyard and hot tub. --OUTDOOR SPACE-- The exterior area of this home boasts a large yard, 5 acres of woods, gorgeous expansive mountain views and unparalleled solitude. Walk out onto the wraparound deck for panoramic views or head to the ground floor and dip into our large high-end Aspen Spas hot tub! From May through October, on the deck you'll find a Weber grill, large dining table with Cantilever umbrella, outdoor lounge seating & Adirondack chairs in front of the wood burning chiminea. You will have access to the entire home and all 5 acres of land to yourself to enjoy. Please note there are a few areas we utilize for storage that aren’t accessible to guests: garage, outdoor shed (detached), one closet in the main floor’s queen bedroom and a closet in the basement we use for storage that is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Snow/Hot tub We have a contracted snow removal service for the driveway when 4" or more of snowfall occurs; however, please note that immediate or early morning service cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, our hot tub is maintained regularly to ensure it remains in excellent condition. During your stay, you may occasionally see vendors on the property for snow removal or hot tub maintenance. Pets We are pet-friendly but please let us know if you will be bringing your pet upon booking. Two pets maximum (message before booking if you think an exception is needed)! Lawn not fenced in. Well trained pets only to keep our home ready for the next guest. We take pride in maintaining an impeccably clean home, with professional cleaning in between every stay. However, given the rural charm of the area, you might encounter the occasional bug or cobweb! Please also note that our home is pet-friendly and may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies to pets or dander.
