ELEVATOR is OPERATional SPECIAL NOTES: Please read -Elevator is working well -Dryer and washing machine are working well too. -The repair of awning is done. No construction is going on (repairs only) -Internet and wifi has a special router in apartment. TV downstairs you can stream your TV preferential app (Netflix, Amazon prime, apps at very good speed). The door has a German lock. To open and close you must take the lever and move it up when turning the key to open and to close.. by pushing the lever up you are activating the locking system, keep it up while turning the key About the apartment: On the first floor we have a bar built in to the kitchen and it has ocean view. The dining room and living room have a TV and we have a land line as well( modem and WiFi) This area has the Lagoon view. Every room has an AC unit and a remote control. Lowest temp in Centigrades is 18o the nicest is 24 to keep the temperature fresh and cool. Please turn off ac units when not using the room Utility room: We have 1/2 a bathroom With washing and drying machine. Shake off the sand before placing clothes inside the washing machine please to avoid burning and plugging. Cleaning tools Second floor You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has ocean view and the second bedroom has lagoon view. Both rooms have black out curtains for a proper sleep. The closet in the second room in unavailable. You can use the Chest of drawers to put your personal belongings away. Third floor The Terrace or Roof top. you will find the terrace with very nice lighting. Just click the switches on and you will see. Equipped with new sun beds overlooking the ocean. On the other side it is sun exposed so you can tan in the privacy of your own place and is overlooking the lagoon. I have fixtures for hammocks and ropes. If you want to bring your own you can enjoy a breezy lazy afternoon. TO ACCESS THE ROOF TOP: Go up the stairs then stop some steps away from the top. Looking at the door with your palMs facing the sky n the sliding window, SLIDE it towards your BACK. Then as you can access the area you can stick your head out go up the stairs n unlatch they wooden door. Please hook the door back so it won’t slam open n close with the wind. Enjoy the views. We Hope you like it. Extras Water. Do not drink water from tap. I have two water bottles that are hidden under the bar that connect to the fridge. You can drink the water from the freezer decanter. Stove or Range The stove works with lp gas make sure to turn the knobs to OFF correctly to avoid leakage. Fridge n freezer with drinking water Microwave Coffee maker Nescafe capsules. Coffee brewer (please purchase filters) Toaster Blender Small radio Small unattached fan TWO NEW SMART TV’S. Main bedroom and in living room! -The apartment has been semi remodeled with new double glaze windows and new screens and black outs. Windows shut hermetically to avoid water coming in and noise reduction. -A new dining room and a different living room is now in place of the old furniture Guest access -All parts are available for access. We are in the fourth floor and we do have elevators. Elevators -The elevator is operational for Building B and C Just got notice today June 24 2022 that it has been repaired !!!! 👍🏻 Fumigation. -I have receive reports that Fumigation is performed every month to all the common areas of the Condominium complex including pipes and areas where air conditioning units are stored. I, in turn fumigate the inside of the apartment for your convenience (every time we clean it, aprox 4-5 times a month). Then, we hire Fumigators service and it is once a month Hygiene -Additional cleaning is being done for your convenience. Mrs. Fidelia will offer and if you prefer, at an additional cost to be paid to her(she makes her living by this service)! Other things to note -TRANSPORT Public Transport (bus) is just a 3 min walk away and in front of the main entrance of the Condo. Public Buses 12.00 mxn pesos a ride. Plenty of TAXIS outside the road but I prefer Radio Taxis 998 8400651 and UBER is available as well. I have to say that’s a slow service in cancun still. Try cabifi. It’s the can service in cancun but it’s used with an app. The work perfectly fine. Use exact change and currency. -GOLF Just 10 mins drive on any direction you will find four going into Cancún and two going towards airport golf courses. -DINING There are many restaurants and convenience stores. Please refer to your apps for your preference. -CONVENIENCE STORES. There are two large grocery stores that sell prepared meals of your choice as well, wide range from local to international cuisine. 1. Chedraui gourmet km 8 Soriana km 12 Superama in Av bonampak and in Av Tulum There is a small store in the COndo that sells basic groceries, this is a great help when you just arrive. SHOPPING: Lots of shopping to do! From luxury products to local Arts and crafts. -La Isla Shopping Village. My place is in the 19.5 km. For access to these please look for public beach entrances Playa Linda Playa Marlin, Playa Langosta, Playa tortugas Playa Dos playas Playa delfines Playa Forum You are close to the airport but far enough so don't get the noise and close to the road to go further south into the Riviera Maya.
