1 1/2-room garden apartment

You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely closed apartment. Please no smoking. There are cats in the house. There is a parking space. All in a quiet garden neighborhood with lots of birds. In summer, use the garden seating. For 2 people, only for a short time 3 people. The space The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is very small but cozy and warm with wooden walls. Guest access You have your own kitchen with a small living-dining area and a small bathroom just for you and your companion(s). You have your own entrance. Other things to note It is important that smoking is prohibited both in the living rooms and in the garden. If you want to smoke, you have to take a little walk :)
