The Space: This home is ideal for weekly and longer stays, with multiple living areas, a private heated pool, hot tub, and a large yard designed for families and groups who want space to settle in. Inside, the home has an open, light-filled layout with a large sectional for movie nights and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for cooking together. The dining area connects seamlessly, making shared meals simple and social. On the lower level, a separate living area gives kids and teens their own place to hang out. There is a TV lounge, pool table, and game area — a setup that works well for multi-generational groups who want time together but also room to spread out. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10) • Primary bedroom – King bed with ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2 – Queen bed • Bedroom 3 – Queen bed • Bedroom 4 – Two twin beds • Lower level – Sleeper sofa and lounge area Outdoor Living The backyard is the part of the home guests love most. Location The home sits on a quiet lane near Peconic Bay There is a small association pathway across the street that guests often enjoy for a peaceful stroll or to watch the water. For full beach days, guests usually head to Veterans Beach or South Harbor Park Beach, each about a 5–7 minute drive. Several top North Fork wineries, including Palmer and Raphael are also nearby Rental Permit #: 1349 Seasonal Notes Outdoor items including pool furniture, grills, and similar equipment are stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Pools and attached hot tubs are usually available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your dates fall outside this range, please ask about availability before booking. Traveling With a Group: If you need more space, we manage several nearby homes and can help with coordinated bookings.
