Cozy house surrounded by nature, in the Riviera de Sta Cristina 13 condominium, facing the dam, with a heated pool (optional), 4 bedrooms with en-suite and demi-suite, double-height living room, air-conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, fans in 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, outdoor gourmet area with barbecue and refrigerator, view of the dam, paved street. (I RECOMMEND DAY USE AND CARD RENTAL) The space Our space has the most beautiful view of the dam, from the living room you can contemplate all this beauty or when you are with family and friends in the gourmet area of the barbecue, or you can rest watching the sunset lying in the hammock near the pool. It is located on the paved street of the Marina Club and in front of the boat ramp, where you can take a walk, cycle, kayak, jetski or stand up. Optional extra charge for pool heating and towel rental. Two of the rooms we have a private suite, while the other two have a shared demi-suite. Two with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the other two. Note: (We recommend renting club access cards) We have a fast internet of 10 Megas. INDICATION OF JETSKI, SPEEDBOAT, QUAD BIKE. DISTRICT AND TWO WAYS TO ENTER THE CLUBS: DAY USE AND RENTAL CARDS. Guest access I will leave the key information and alarm over the phone for security. Smoking only in the outdoor area, will not be tolerated inside the house under any circumstances! For club access we indicate card rental and DAY USE. Pets can stay outside in the yard, so they can't escape if they're let loose, we have a fence. Other things to note We have mattress protectors, limited bedding, some pillows, and a blanket. We have towels for rent. To reserve towels, you must give us advance notice. I will send you videos and shoot questions about how to access the alarm of the house, turn on the TV, oven and ceramic stove. We have a security camera outside the house. We have the contact of a winery to supply the internal and external refrigerator, so you can arrive at the house with the drinks still cold, without worrying. Now in the winter we have a fondue pot and an outdoor fireplace with firewood to keep warm.
