Outdoor Area: • Outdoor Covered fireplace w/seating for 3 • Hot Tub (seats 6 comfortably) • Propane Grill (permanent hookup) • Fire Pit (seating for 4) Parking: • Paved parking for 2-4 small/mid-size vehicles • Gravel parking for 1-2 small/mid-sized vehicles (may need 4x4 if parking here, until we get it paved) Guest access Guest will access the property with a keypad located on the main entry door. Other things to note House Rules: • Booking guest must be at least 28 years old to book and will be asked to provide proof of age. • No fireworks are to be used on the property grounds • Please try and keep dogs off furniture • No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin on the decks, porches or near doorways.
