The Tower
Description
La Torre de Vilanna is a unique rustic space built around a 14th-century tower and chapel. There are many rooms and stunning views over the region. Located 15 km from Gerona, its location is especially appreciated by cyclists and fishermen (the river has a sandy beach and is one kilometer away). Also, due to its large capacity (10 double rooms and one family room), it is ideal for celebrations, provided that the conditions are agreed upon in advance with the property. The space A rural property steeped in history, featuring several outbuildings, a games room, a barbecue, a swimming pool during the summer months, and a beautiful setting in the heart of the forest. Guest access The Torre de Vilanna is usually rented exclusively for groups. The owners stay in an adjoining service cottage to assist guests. Other things to note Up to 7 cars can be parked outside the property. Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene. On the property, we have hens and roosters. Guests must give notice if they wish to hold parties or celebrations. The capacity is for 15/16 people. Beyond this number, an additional charge of €40 per guest is applied, up to the maximum capacity of 22 guests. If guests are coming, you must notify the property, and an additional charge of €15 per guest will be applied. To change the check-in or check-out times, you must notify us in advance so we can block the dates, and you must pay an additional €150. The waste management policy is strict in this municipality, and it is required to separate each type of waste (organic, paper, glass, plastics, etc.). There are containers outside the property, and guests are responsible for properly managing their waste.
