Two beds are king-sized and one is double-sized The kitchen has an electric cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, and a large family fridge. It is all equipped for cooking. Free unlimited wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Please treat the place as your home during your stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and the washing machine if you’ve run out of clean clothes to wear. • Checkout is at 11 am unless otherwise pre-approved by the host • If used, dishes must be cleaned before checkout • If bedding is found stained after checkout, an extra cleaning fee of $100 applies • Please respect our lovely neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 pm • Please turn off the air-conditioning and lights when you leave the house + Food Safety For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own. + Party and events are not allowed, please make sure the music is kept at a reasonable level, and no noise after 10 pm. + Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
