High-quality box spring beds, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and Smart TVs in every bedroom leave nothing to be desired. Upon request, the two double beds can easily be converted into four single beds. Two additional guests can comfortably sleep on the spacious sofa bed, which features a premium topper. Outside, a well-maintained garden invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. 🚗 Perfect Accessibility & E-Mobility The apartment is incredibly easy to reach thanks to direct access to the A8 highway and the nearby train station. It is also perfect for electric vehicle drivers, as several large EV charging stations are located in the immediate vicinity. 🍕 Dining & Shopping within a 5-Minute Walk The traditional bakery "Kollmann" (founded in 1827) and the butcher shop "Bühler" are just a five-minute walk away. You absolutely have to try a real Bavarian pretzel for breakfast! All major supermarkets like Edeka, Aldi, and Lidl are also located right in town. For dinner, you will find various restaurants nearby offering Bavarian, Greek, or Italian cuisine, so there is something for every taste.
