All expenses are included (gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, garbage fee, property tax). The bathroom is private. The parking lot is on the ground floor. It is covered, rotating, and free. We do not charge a fee or reserve spaces. The space The flat is located in a building with several standardized apartments and is 100% private, managed by AJCS BRASIL PARTICIPACOES LTDA and represented by Fortal Flat. Guests can come from Pinto Martins International Airport via the Engenheiro João Tomé Central Bus Station. Both accesses can be made by subway (Metrofor), by bus (Etufor line 312) from the Parangaba terminal, or by private car/Uber via the main roads of Fortaleza. Upon arriving at the building, you will have a unique electronic password in hand. When you enter the building, you will have a password for the lockbox where the keys to the accommodation are located. All of this is 24/7 and safe.
