The space What to expect The open-space apartment “Hasenöhrl” is located on the first floor of a newly renovated two-storey house. It’s tucked away in a quiet residential area, yet still right in the heart of the village. The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living space with streaming TV, and a comfy reading nook to unwind. The king-size bed in the open sleeping area guarantees restful nights with a direct mountain view of the “Hasenöhrl” – a true highlight of your stay. The spacious bathroom comes with a shower, bathtub, an infrared sauna, and an extra daytime WC. There’s also a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep two additional guests. Since it’s an open-space apartment, the sleeping area isn’t separated from the rest, so it’s best suited for couples or couples with small children who can sleep on the comfy sofa bed. On the large south-facing balcony, you can soak up the sun or end your day with a relaxing aperitif. Morter, a village in the municipality of Latsch, is a true paradise for hiking and biking lovers. Numerous trails and paths start right nearby. The Martell Valley is just a stone’s throw away and offers pristine nature all year round. The open-space apartment “Hasenöhrl” is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures. For your comfort, there’s a bike wash station and a safe place to store your bike. Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find our small but charming village shop “Kostbar”, where you can grab everyday essentials and enjoy a delicious cappuccino. For bigger shopping trips, the supermarkets in Schlanders and Latsch are just a short drive away. Our guests also have access to the bike wash station and a secure place to store their bicycles. Due to ongoing construction nearby, the garden is currently only partially accessible. Once the work is completed, part of the garden will be available for guests – including sun loungers and a barbecue area. Other things to note To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide some basic essentials in the fully equipped kitchen: olive oil, frying oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and tea. You’ll also find trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and dish towels. In the interest of sustainability, we kindly ask you to separate your waste according to local recycling rules. In the bathroom, you’ll find soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer. We guarantee cleanliness and provide fresh bed linen and towels. For stays longer than one week, towel changes are available on request. Additional information: · Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The code is on an info board in the hallway, along with other helpful tips and flyers for your stay. · Our streaming TVs are internet-connected, so you can log into your personal services like Netflix, Disney+ and many others. You’re also welcome to use my Netflix account to stream films, series and documentaries. Many public channels with online streaming are also available. Please note that traditional public broadcasters are not accessible via our TVs. · A drying rack is available on the balcony.
