A bed on the Inn facing the Val d'Uina! Conveniently located yet quiet. In summer, the ideal accommodation for hikers, rafters and bikers of all kinds. In winter, by direct bus connection, starting point to the ice path in Sur En, to the valley station of Motta Naluns and the ski resort of Samnaun. The space The small double room (10 m²) is located on the lower slope floor of the building with the windows facing south into the valley. This makes it very quiet. You have a wonderful view of the Inn Valley, the entrance to the Uina Gorge as well as Piz S-chalambert, Piz Ajüz and Piz Lischana. Right next to the room there is a single room (8 m²), which is not rented separately in winter. If necessary, a 3rd and 4th person can be booked at a price of CHF 35/night, subject to availability. Both rooms share a bathroom with shower that is outside the rooms. On the same floor there is another double room (22 m²) with a separate bathroom. All rooms have underfloor heating, smoke detectors, a wardrobe as well as a desk and additional seating. The property is located 5 km east of Scuol and is very easily accessible due to the location on the cantonal road 27. Vehicles can be parked on the premises free of charge. The bus stop is right in front of the house. Guest access On the 3rd basement floor there is a lounge with an electric fireplace and TV, an additional toilet with a washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious guest kitchen. The entire guest area is accessible through a separate entrance. Here, the outdoor area with a natural terrace invites you to relax in summer and to drink mulled wine by the fire bowl in winter. During your stay Agnes lives on site and is always available for questions. Upon arrival, you will receive a mobile network number with the key. Other things to note The obligatory guest tax 5.- CHF per person (12 years and over) per night will be charged before departure. The guest card includes, among other things, public transport over long distances. Tea and coffee are always available. On request, local products (bread/rolls, eggs, cheese, Grisons meat, jam and honey) can be provided for a first breakfast. The outdoor area is not yet fully renovated. However, there is a covered storage facility for skis, bicycles and other sports equipment.
