The apartment has a balcony with its private Jacuzzi and offers ocean and ciénaga views, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. The residence also includes a rooftop and its 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzis, gym... and private bar, all located on the 15th floor! Finally, a parking space is available. The space This freshly decorated large size 1 bed flat, with a large size living room, has two bathrooms both with showers, living, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, balcony with private jacuzzi, Hammock located in the living room area, TV in both living room and bedroom, the Bedroom has a walk-in closet. Living room and bedroom has their own AC units. Guest access The Cielo Mar neighborhood is a developing area. It's a very safe and quiet area. Very easy to get around. Before arriving in Cartagena we do recommend to download InDrive app, in which you can offer the rate you want to pay, or Uber as the best ways to get to the flat and around the city, safe and hassle-free. Taxis often overcharge tourists, which is why we recommend the above application. Other things to note 1. No visitors: It is not allowed to bring visits to the property or register additional people after check-in. The attempt to enter unregistered visits will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the removal of the property without refund. 2. VAT: In Colombia, the following nationalities are exempt from 19% VAT on tourist services, including accommodation, as long as they meet the established requirements: 2.1. Non-resident foreigners in Colombia: • They must enter the country with an Entry and Stay Permit (PIP) or Visitor Visa (V) for tourist purposes. • This applies to tourists who do not intend to reside in Colombia and who present their passport with the entry stamp no more than 90 days. 2.2. Colombians living abroad: • If they travel to Colombia as tourists and demonstrate their residence abroad (for example, by showing their Colombian passport with entry stamp into the country and documents proving their residence outside). Important note: Foreigners residing in Colombia, or those who do not travel for a tourist purpose, are not exempt from VAT and must pay for it in tourist services. 3. Documentation: Prior to check-in, all guests must submit their information for the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA) required by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism provided in Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020, which includes personal data, identity document, residence address, email, flight and city of origin and destination. They must send a photo of each guest's valid ID. Documents valid for registration: • Citizens of countries of the Andean Community (Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru) and Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay) may present their ID or passport. • Colombian citizens must submit only their citizenship card. • For people from other countries, the only valid document is the passport. 4. Minors: Accommodation is only allowed for minors accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. We do not accept notary permits issued for third parties as our commitment is to ensure the safety and well-being of minors. They must present the civil registry to show that they are the parents. 5. Pets: Not allowed. 6. Cleaning: Cleaning after check-out is included, but daily service has an additional cost. For every 14 days, free cleaning is offered. You can book any day, except Sundays and holidays, at least 24 hours in advance. 7. Washers and Dryers: The use of washing machines and dryers is prohibited for guests. If laundry service is desired, a cleaning service must be contracted for $150,000 COP, which includes washing up to 4 batches of clothes and general cleaning, but no change of sheets or towels (which have an additional cost). 8. Urgent contacts after 10:00 pm for property registrations due to lack of information from guests, or support from our staff to open the doors of the property due to forgetting a card or keys inside, will have a penalty of 50% of the value of one night. 9. No smoking inside the property. Failure to comply with the rule will result in a fine of 1 night. Registration details 166667
