Our townhouse has full kitchen with complete kitchen appliances and 4 seater dining table and a modern bathroom with hot shower. ☝️FRYING OF FOOD not allowed to avoid unpleasant odor and smell in the house. 3. 2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 2A is the Masters bedroom with king size bed, can accommodate 2 adults and a child, full modern bathroom with hot shower, closet, 1.5hp inverter aircon, working desk and extra bed. Bedroom 2B has 2 single beds, 1.5hp Inverter aircon, desk fan, working desk, open cabinet, lamps, beddings, comforter. The common full modern bathroom with hot shower is located at the 2nd floor. 4. Feel free to use our fully automatic washing machine in the 2nd floor and hang dry your clothes in the 1st floor patio. A drying machine located at the 3rd floor balcony is also available for use. 3. 3rd floor has 2 rooms: ✔️Bedroom 3A has 3 single beds, work desk, 1hp aircon, closet, electric fan, beddings, linens and comforter ✔️Room 3B is a Entertainment/Gym Room for Billiards (for free) and Videoke system and also an Eliptical Bike. it is ensuite with a balcony and 1hp aircondition. No Smoking in the Balcony Area. CCTV is at the garage facing the main gate. Other things to note ☝️This is a private home and not a hotel, please kindly clean as you go. Cleaning service maybe requested at an additional fee of ₱2,500 per service. ☝️ Collect all your trash/rubbish and securely tie it. Please take it outside the front gate at night before going to bed.
