Welcome to THE GOAT RV RETREAT at Magic Acres Farm! This cozy RV stay offers comfort and charm with a private deck, full bath, and access to an outdoor shower and soaking tub. Relax under majestic oak trees, gather at the community fire pit, and explore peaceful pastures. Meet our friendly donkeys, playful cats, and curious goats while enjoying the beauty of the farm. A unique retreat to unwind, connect with nature, and create lasting memories. The space Tucked away on a private road within a peaceful gated retreat, you’ll find this RV along with three uniquely themed bus stays—each offering its own special experience. If this one is booked, feel free to explore our other options! Inside the RV, relax on a cozy queen-size bed surrounded by windows with blackout shades for privacy and restful sleep. Enjoy a movie night on the smart TV, or choose from our selection of games for some unplugged fun. With AC and heat, you’ll stay comfortable no matter the season. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, convection oven/microwave, toaster, and even a gas grill on the deck. You can also use the community smoker or charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), or cook over the fire with our roasting sticks and pie makers. For your convenience, we provide coffee, paper plates, napkins, and forks. Step outside to enjoy outdoor shower facilities with a bathtub and endless hot water for a relaxing soak. Beneath the majestic oak tree, you’ll find a communal fire pit with comfy seating, plus games like cornhole and disc golf to enjoy. We’re close to it all—just minutes from OWA Amusement Park, Brandon Styles Theater, The Wharf, Tanger Outlets, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Graham Creek Nature Preserve, coffee shops, groceries, and of course, the beach! We take pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. Please keep in mind that this is glamping in the woods, so the occasional tiny bug is part of the adventure. For the safety of our farm animals, dogs are not permitted (including service animals). Bringing a dog will result in immediate cancellation without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest access You have full access to everything inside the RV. Other things to note We kindly ask that there are no parties, loud music, smoking or additional guests. Our property is non-smoking! If you smoke in the bus you will be charged a $400 cleaning fee. We occasionally have firewood available but we recommend that you BYOW.
