Chess House - Abi Suite

This home has been purposely designed for the traveling professional, digital nomad, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic, you will be less than 2 miles from all major highways (50&54). Also, it's only two miles to the state Capital, 1 mile to the Boulevard business district, and less than a mile to Memorial Park. During your stay, you will have access to everything you need to feel right at home with room to breath! The space Once you arrive you'll be greeted with a large shared dining room, living room, and kitchen. Head upstairs and you'll find your private retreat furnished with a plush pillowtop bed, dedicated workspace, mini refrigerator, and TV. If you're the outdoorsy type, you'll love the large screened-in porch. Just a few steps away you'll find a covered outdoor grill area with a beautiful view of the massive lawn and wooded area providing ample privacy. Guest access You have access to the whole house with obvious exception to the other bedrooms. Also, the bathroom on the main level is strictly reserved for any guests staying in the Office Suite located next to it. Your shared bathroom is located on the second floor next to your bedroom. During your stay We do not live in the home but are only a short drive away if you need anything. However, there is a chance you might run into us while we're resetting one of the other rooms or cleaning the shared spaces. We always follow our guests' lead, so if you'd like to interact with us or keep to yourself we're fine with either. Other things to note There is street parking available along with limited driveway parking. We kindly ask that if you are parking in the driveway you do not block the entrance at any time. Also, the entrance to the driveway is somewhat steep so if you are driving a car with low clearance you may need to park on the street to avoid scraping. Laundry facilities are located in the basement and are free to use. Note: There is a full-time tenant who lives in the spare bedroom across from the laundry access so please be mindful of that while using it.
