LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION On the 9th floor of a modern building in Via Nizza 1, directly on the promenade: the beach, cocktail bars and restaurants are within walking distance; the train station is easily accessible on foot, while the highway entrance is a few minutes away by car. Perfect for experiencing Savona on foot, but also for exploring the Riviera freely. Other things to note UPON YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL FIND: ✓ Ready bed ✓ Courtesy kit for each guest, consisting of: a bath towel, a face towel, a shampoo/shower gel, and a body cream. ✓ Starting Pack (initial supply) of various detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and bags for separate collection. The provision of towels and sheets and their sanitization are included in the rate, including a "Courtesy Kit" with shower shampoo and body cream. The apartment is cleaned by a company specializing in sanitizing environments that follows the protocols dictated by experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and health and government organizations. ORDER AND CLEANLINESS In case of need, the following will always be available: ironing board and iron, laundry rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, mop and basin, and household cleaning products. PARKING For those arriving by car, some free condominium parking spaces are available within the building area. These are unassigned places, so it is not possible to guarantee their availability upon arrival. Alternatively, it is easy to find free public parking along the adjacent road. Right in front of the apartment there is also the Lidl supermarket, equipped with a large parking lot that can be a convenient solution for short stops. TOURIST TAX In Savona, there is a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights, with children under 14 exempt.
