Great house close to University

Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Big timber framed kitchen. Large yard with fire pit and deck. Dog friendly. Fully equipped, lived-in house, good WIFI. Less than 1 mile from University of Maine, Downtown Orono, Penobscot river, hiking trails and more. 10 miles to Bangor, 15 minutes to Bangor airport (BGR), 1 hr to Acadia National Park, 2 hrs to Portland, 4 hrs to Boston. The space We still live here part-time. Dogs (and cats in the past) have lived here too so not ideal for anybody with pet allergies. Guest access The entire house and yard Other things to note Please… -No smoking. -No loud gatherings. -Don’t let kids use treehouse in backyard…hasn’t been used in years and may not be safe. We still live here part-time, with our dog, so the house will be clean, but not museum clean. Bedrooms 1 (king) and 2 (bunk) on second floor, 3 (twin) and 4 (full) on first floor.
