Bright and quiet bedroom with a very comfortable QUEEN-SIZE bed (new 30-cm (1.2-inch) Epeda mattress, 160 x 200 cm [63 x 79 inches]), 10-L (3.4-qt) MINI FRIDGE, wardrobe, Nespresso VERTUO coffee machine / kettle, Bluetooth speaker. A private, modern, and spacious bathroom, as well as a separate toilet opposite the bedroom, complete this space. Tea and coffee offered upon arrival ☕ Train station 2min away (Lille Flandres is 1 stop away). Stade Pierre Mauroy 15 min away. FREE and unlimited parking in front of the house. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space This is a 1930s house, typical of the North. Access to the upper floor is directly via the staircase in the entrance without going through the living room. Guest access Dedicated space comprising bedroom / bathroom / toilet / storage cupboard. Access to your toilet/bathroom is totally private: you do not go through the common areas 😉 Nespresso VERTUO coffee machine and kettle in the room (free water, tea and coffee). Bathroom with towels provided + shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner / cotton swabs / cottons. The microwave in the kitchen can be used occasionally during your stay. During your stay We'd love to connect with you for the duration of your stay if you'd like to get information about our friendly adopted region! Our 2 children aged 4 and 6 are very sociable, they will of course be present, but occupy another floor. We also have a small dwarf ram rabbit on the veranda (private area). Other things to note - MINI FRIDGE in the room (10L) and meal tray - Bluetooth speaker - SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED, hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, cotton pads, makeup remover, etc.), hair dryer. - On weekdays + weekends, we offer an express BREAKFAST consisting of a large hot drink (coffee, chocolate, tea) / 1 croissant - pain au chocolat / 1 juice for €5/person. You can enjoy it in our dining room or have it delivered to your room, your choice 😉 - On weekends and during school holidays, a continental BREAKFAST is offered between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. for a price of 12€/person, including: * Large coffee or tea / herbal teas (ORGANIC) * Orange juice or multi-vitamin juice * Pastry / brioche / various breads * Butter and jams * Yogurt * Fresh fruit (occasionally) ... to enjoy on the patio or in our dining room!
