Cormano borders Milan. Mansarda in Corte is a charming attic on the second floor without an elevator in a quiet renovated courtyard just 500 meters from the train station that takes you to Milan in 20 minutes. Arriving by car, on the other hand, you will find a parking space dedicated to you inside the courtyard (see ZTL details). Enchanting places such as Lake Como, Monza, Bergamo Alta and other beautiful locations await you for day trips to Switzerland. The space Entrance, windows and balcony overlook the quiet courtyard, which was completely renovated in 2007. The entrance offers the living area with Netflix TV, table, chairs and "pallet-style" sofa that will be a bed in the case of 4 guests, kitchen equipped with kettle, espresso machine, dishes, dishwasher and refrigerator with small freezer. The smallest room consists of a bed, a wardrobe and a desk for a work area. In the second bedroom, the double bed is equipped with a soft 5cm memory foam topper, a dresser, and wardrobes. Above the cabinets there are spaces for storing suitcases and trolleys. All beds are 2 meters long and the linen is of the German/Tyrolean type, comfortable in the double bed since everyone can thus manage their own space and duvet. Two extra pillows are available. In the bathroom, in addition to the bathroom fixtures, including a bidet, there is a bathtub that, with its wall, becomes a comfortable and functional shower. The washer-dryer and hairdryer with diffuser are available. Towels will be provided for each guest: a bath towel, a face towel, and a bidet towel. The heating is autonomous with radiators, and the air conditioner has a cooling and heating option. Dedicated parking space. We will leave you a map with precise directions for the coin-operated laundry, market, bakery, bar, bistro, pizzeria, and takeaway and pastry shops nearby. Guest access Access will be mainly independent and in any case only after providing the documents of all guests, including children, because this is required by Italian law. Also by law, the residence permit is not a valid document for registration purposes, nor are expired documents. Being located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), active on weekdays from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and on holidays from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., for free access to the internal parking space it is necessary to provide a license plate of the vehicle and a copy of the registration card that we will send to the competent authorities to avoid fines. The house with all its furnishings and accessories is fully available. Other things to note For longer stays, sheets will be left for weekly change and towels for change every four days.
