Perfectly located for day trips to Sumilon Island, Oslob whale sharks, and the ferry to Dumaguete — yet tucked away enough to feel like your own private sanctuary. To keep everything pristine, our caretaker Justin visits briefly each day for pool and garden maintenance. 🕖 Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – Pool cleaning, pump check, garden watering 4:00 PM – Pool check, garden watering, pool lights These visits are short and can be adjusted to your preferred times — just let us know. ✨ Guests staying 7 nights or longer receive complimentary weekly cleaning. For security, exterior cameras are installed at the entrance and perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside the villa and no cameras monitoring the pool area. Location Kalma is situated in a quiet, less populated area of Santander, surrounded by tropical greenery. Local Insects Kalma is surrounded by tropical gardens, and mosquitoes can appear, especially in the late afternoon. We provide mosquito spray and repellent for your comfort, and the garden is regularly maintained to minimize them as much as possible. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, cabana, balcony, kitchen, and outdoor areas. The property is fenced and self-contained, ensuring privacy and independence throughout your stay. Other things to note Arrival Process Your relaxing stay at Kalma begins the moment you arrive. Our friendly team will personally welcome you at the villa, assist with your luggage, and give you a quick orientation of the space and amenities. Check-in is smooth and flexible — simply confirm your arrival time in advance, and we’ll be ready to greet you. For your convenience, we also offer self check-in after hours.
