But a toilet on the upper floor. It should be noted that there is a steep staircase to the upper floor where the accommodation is located. The space The house is suitable for couples, groups of friends and families. Here you can rent both individual rooms and the entire house as a whole. On the upper floor there are four spacious and warm bedrooms with comfortable beds, elaborate bedding and warm tones. Please note that the stairs to the upper floor are quite steep, which may be good to keep in mind for people who have difficulty walking or children. The lower floor is the meeting place of the house – there is a well-equipped shared kitchen, dining room and cozy living room, which is ideal for relaxing after a day of traveling. The bathroom is also on the lower floor and consists of a spacious bathtub with a shower. However, we strongly recommend a visit to the Þingeyri swimming pool, which is only a 5-minute walk from the house. Good indoor pool and outdoor area with hot and cold tub with lovely views of Sandafell. The Skipstjórahúsið is within walking distance of all the main things that Þingeyri has to offer. Popular places such as Simbahöllin, where coffee, Belgian waffles and an artistic atmosphere are offered, are within easy reach.
