It has bed, table, and bath for all guests and kitchen utensils. The apartment is situated in a super quiet and safe area with MUCH LOWER PRICES than the SOUTH ZONE, with bars and restaurants of all types and tastes. Recreio SHOPPING (120 meters away), with SUPERMARKET, food court, cinema, and BRT station. The space It has two bathrooms (one en suite) and one general, two decorated bedrooms, a living room that leads to the kitchen, bedroom corridor, balcony with a wonderful view, an equipped kitchen, laundry area with a WASHING MACHINE. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted access to the entire apartment, however, the condominium's common areas are not allowed for use by temporary guests. Other things to note ***For long-term reservations (from 15 days), extra charges such as gas, water, and energy are billed separately if they exceed R$250. The charge is made at the end of the stay. ******At the moment, common areas such as the pool, jacuzzi, gym, game room, barbecue, and gourmet salon are not available for use. Note 1: The price for an additional guest in instant booking receives a 50% discount at the time of booking. If an additional guest is added after the rental confirmation, the guest will pay the full rate for the extra guest. Note 2: We love pets, but only accept small pets (up to 5 kg) and there is an extra fee of 30 reais per day per PET. A second PET receives a 50% discount on the daily rate. Note 3: Due to Condominium regulations, any visitor who stays in the Condominium for more than 4 hours in the same day will be considered a Guest. Note 4: Due to Condominium regulations, Check-in outside business hours must pay a fee of 150 reais. Note 5: Exceeding the Checkout time limit may result in a full day's charge without promotional discounts of 280 reais per night, plus the value of guests exceeding 1. Note 6: Respect the House and Condominium Rules, Fines WILL be charged plus a fine collection service fee of R$250.00 per fine. Non-payment implies judicial collection. Note 7: If you damage any item, report it immediately. If reported, you may (as per the support team's decision) be exempted from the damage, if not reported, you will be charged for the repair or replacement of the item, plus a service fee of R$250.00.
