Its ideal location, close to the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, allows you to easily discover the natural and cultural wonders of the region. The space The fully equipped studio has a comfortable double bed, functional kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee maker), modern bathroom with shower, as well as a lounge area with Wi-Fi and TV. Outside, a single-story area furnished with armchairs invites you to enjoy sunny days in a quiet and soothing setting. Guest access You will have two free parking spaces directly accessible in front of the accommodation, for a convenient and carefree stay. To offer you maximum flexibility, access to the accommodation is completely autonomous thanks to a key deposited in a code box. This will allow you to arrive at a time that suits you from 3pm. Other things to note The studio is located just 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from Lake Bourget in Aix-les-Bains, two gems of the region where you can practice water activities, walk or simply relax in front of breathtaking landscapes. Marigny-Saint-Marcel is also a great base to explore Haute-Savoie, its picturesque villages and hiking trails. ⚠️ The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed, as the grounds are not fenced.
