The living room has a pull out sofa, chairs and desk, 34"LG smart TV with Prime. The space Fully furnished basement suite with separate locking entrance. All the amenities of home. Breakfast is provided Local farm eggs, Canadian potatoes, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn and hard candy. 2 separate bedrooms one firm, one soft mattress. Private full bath. Guest access Shared access with the homeowner, patio and fenced in yard. Your spacious private 2 bedroom basement suite with private entrance. Includes. Bathroom, stocked kitchen, living room and desk. Bedrooms have double beds, closets, dressers, night stand, lamp, personal fan and a chair. *Laundry available by appointment. $10 per load.
