Cozy apartment close to everything

Ideal for couples, work, or event trips! :) A living room, a kitchen, and a suite. Everything very organized and cozy! 8 minutes by foot to the Marechal Deodoro Station of the Subway - Red Line, one of the main lines of the city (Linha vermelha do metrô). 20 minutes from Paulista Avenue, Vila Madalena and Pinheiros. Very close to Minhocão (it has been pretty nice to take a walk there on the weekends!), next to street fairs and other events, Pacaembu Stadium e a ton of other nice places! The space The place is ideal for couples, but larger groups also fit very comfortably. The windows are wide, the bathroom is great, the shower is warm and the kitchen well equipped. Also, there is a washing machine free to use. There is also a big TV and a monitor. The super-fast and stable internet and the large table turn the space into a perfect place to work as well! If any space in the wardrobe is needed, just let me know :) Guest access The guest has access to every place and can use everything (as long as leaves it all organized afterward). Other things to note The entrance to the building depends on the ID of a doorman. I will leave a note about your arrival as well as the keys to the apartment with him. After that, going in or out is very easy! :)
