B&B Civico 31

The B&B "Civico 31" is located at the entrance of the historic center of Pollica capital, coming from the seaside hamlet of Acciaroli, from which it is about 5 kilometers away. Made in a historic building, entirely undergoing conservative healing completed in 2024, from its location dominates the valley below and allows, from each room, the unlimited view of the sea from Capo Palinuro to Punta Licosa. The space The "Civico 31" B&B offers 3 rooms with sea views, each with a private bathroom with a window, complete with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Each room has a small terrace furnished with a coffee table and chairs, as well as clotheslines. The supply of towels and sheets is guaranteed by a professional laundry service. Breakfast, included in the room rate, is served at the bar-tobacco shop located a few steps from the B&B. The property is also equipped with a comfortable shared kitchenette, equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots, tablecloths, refrigerator, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, reserved for basic needs (preparation of full meals is not allowed).
