Other things to note No use of neighborhood dock is granted to rental guests unless you have contracted with us in advance to park your boat in our slip (fees apply). Other marina options within 3 minutes include High Point Marina, Lake Anna Marina...and under 5 minutes to Sturgeon Creek Marina. DOG friendly with PRIOR approval and $50 non refundable fee. Dogs must be crated when left un attended - crate provided. No parties. Minimum age to rent is 25. No parties - ie no guests outside of those listed on the original reservation. Max occupancy at anytime is 8 adults and 4 children (condo rules limit rental group size by number of bedrooms in the unit). Outdoor smoking only. 2 twins in guest room #3 may be combined to create a king sized bed.
