Not an everyday hotel room, but a well-thought-out space. A cozy gem in a quiet neighborhood near the historic center of the UNESCO heritage city. The accommodation consists of 3 spaces that are connected to each other. The bedroom with sitting area and dining area is 35m². There is a new queensize bed with quality sheets and pillows. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. A modern heating system provides you with comfort during the winter months. Our solar panels help us to lessen our carbon footprint. On the mezzanine you will find a smart TV with free Netflix and a 4K HDMI cable for your laptop. Of course the Wi-Fi is free of charge. Guest access The stairs, room, bathroom, sitting area and tv-space is for your sole and private use. The stairs have 14 steps and have a normal gradiënt of 42 degrees, elder people should consider their fitness to do stairs before booking. There are no common areas that you have to share with others. Privacy is 100% ensured. Other things to note The room is on level +1. That means that one cannot avoid the stairs (14 steps).
