Airbnb Pricing Transparency To help avoid any confusion, Airbnb now displays a single, all-in nightly price to guests. Under this pricing model, Airbnb deducts its service fee (18.5%) directly from the amount paid to hosts rather than charging a separate guest service fee at checkout. This means the nightly rate you see on Airbnb is not the amount we receive as your host. 18.5% of each reservation is retained by Airbnb as their service fee before the host payout. We believe in complete transparency and are always happy to answer any questions about pricing before you book. Please don't hesitate to reach out—we're here to help.
