The space This luxurious villa occupies a fantastic location to enjoy exceptional jungle and mountain views as well as a distant ocean view. Casa Querencia has huge common areas including the living room and kitchen/dining room with large glass doors that open to let in the cool breezes at night. A game room with pool table and a large screen TV is a great place to gather. The lower level contains the bedrooms, all with individual air-conditioners, most with en-suite baths. The private pool has multiple loungers and an awesome view of the surrounding mountains and lush rainforest. Each bedroom can have balcony access with comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the many visitors like monkeys and exotic birds. Guest access For this rental, guests have access to the entire house except for the extra 2 bedrooms that will not be rented separately. Other things to note Dear Guest, Please note that we have adapted and are currently following the WHO and Costa Rican Ministry of Health guidelines on sanitation and social distancing. 1. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing. 2. There will always be alcohol in gel by the front door entrance for you to use at any time. 3. All of our housekeeping and maintenance staff will always be wearing facemasks. 4. The home is completely disinfected right before guests arrive and just after guests leave. 5. The villa is private for just your group, you will not be sharing any spaces with strangers. Have a SAFE vacation ________________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service provided every other day, additional services can be arranged for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa, the maid will do the laundry for you.
