Modern studio at the foot of the sierras

Modern studio on the ground floor with own bedroom, bathroom, living & dining room and small kitchen with full equipment including washing machine. Very nice terrace with asador and solar heated swimming pool. All private, no other people upstairs so all is very private and quiet. It is possible to put one or two extra beds in the studio in case of (smaller) children. We live on the same property, further down and also private. The space The house is surrounded by a well maintained garden. In front of the house is a wonderful and spacious terrace with an asador and a modern dining table for 12 persons. The terrace has the natural shadow from a big tree. At the swimming pool (5 x 12) you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and view. For people that want to enjoy the nature and the fresh air.
