Other things to note ▪️ CHECK-OUT AND CHECK-OUT • Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11 a.m. We'll be happy to accommodate these times upon availability, which will be confirmed within 24 hours in advance. If you want to guarantee an earlier check-in, book a day earlier; if you want to check out later, book a day later. Before checking out, make sure the faucets are turned off, please turn off all lights and turn off the air conditioning. Please note that waiting in common areas of the building before check-in is not permitted, and we do not offer luggage and personal item storage service. ▪️ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM AND APARTMENT The condominium reception is responsible for granting access to guests previously registered in our system. In order to register, we will need a front and back photo of the official identification document of all occupants of the apartment and a proof of residence. After registration, just show up at the front desk, where, after a quick confirmation of the data, your access will be released. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, unlocked with a numerical password. This password will be sent up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. ▪️ HOUSE RULES • We will maintain a harmonious environment and respect the people who transit through the condominium. VISITS, PARTIES AND NOISE AFTER 10 p.m. ARE NOT ALLOWED. • NO SMOKING in the apartment and condominium premises. • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. • Strictly residential use. • Luggage drop-off before check-in or after check-out is not permitted. • The use of sound equipment in the pool area is not allowed, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages or transiting with swimwear in other areas of the condominium. • The use of any glass utensil or container in the pool area, including bowls, bottles and glasses, is prohibited. Failure to comply with any of the rules described above will result in a fine of R$ 400.00. > The apartment will be carefully prepared to welcome our guests in the best possible way. We understand that accidents can occur, so please notify us if any item is damaged. Damaged items will be charged later. > We kindly ask our secretary that, before check-out, the dishes are washed and the garbage is collected and deposited in the building's trash can located on floor -1. > Make conscious use of the air-conditioning. We recommend that you only operate the appliance while inside the apartment, keeping the balcony doors closed. When leaving, you must turn off the device. > This is a unit inside a residential building and will be like your home for a few days, take good care of it, respect the neighbors, be cordial with the doorman.
