Beautiful house by the River - SP State/Brazil

Distant 15 miles from Penápolis, picturesque city in the interior of SP (heading for S. J. of Rio Preto) with a privileged view, ideal for outdoor activities, sports, barbecues, fishing, rest and leisure. Perfect for couples, families or groups (and pets). The house is simple and cozy, has a very wide exterior balcony with barbecue and relaxing hammocks, and in the inner part the house has comfortable room with TV and air-conditioning, 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning, and 3 bathrooms. The space Our mother, Helena, felt in love with this place, and so she started building it. Thus was born the "Rancho Harmonia" (its name), every detail done with great affection. You will love this place on the riverside with a wonderful view - both, the sunset and the moon rise reflect on the river and is very beautiful. In addition to the wonderful view, it is perfect for relaxing in the hammocks of the balcony, reading a good book, simply sense the sun warming the body, and listening to the birds - which are many because we have many flowers. And for those who prefer more action and adventure, the large lawn in front and around the house, and the river, are an invitation to various sports, such as volleyball, football, besides the nautical sports -we put our boat at your disposal (is indispensable a driver's license) - You can also bring your jet-ski, banana boat, kayak, stand up, windsurfing, kitesurfing - it's a guaranteed fun! Also, to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable, we offer a local staff, Paulo and Juliana, in the period of the location. Paulo is excellent brazilian barbecue maker and Juliana for whatever you need in the help of the house. So you're very welcome! Guest access All the spaces are available for use, except the residence of the local staff. Boat is available as long as you have license to drive (arrais). Other things to note The river is very quiet but good to remember that care for children is always recommended.
