The apartment is on the fifth floor, has a bedroom, both with air-conditioning, a bathroom, a living room, and an equipped kitchen. It has no parking space. It has 100MB INTERNET and cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Other things to note Our space has been furnished for vacation rentals only. Newly built building, with elevator. First home. All furniture, appliances, bed linens are new. We leave the property equipped in order to give greater comfort to the guests. We have a wide variety of household items (dishes, cutlery, pots, openers) and appliances so that guests can feel at home, with comfort. We have OI cable TV and 100MB internet. We are the apartment with the best location in the city for those who want to stay in the center. You can get to know the entire city center on foot. Guests access the apartment through the building's main entrance, take the elevator to the fourth floor, and climb the last flight of stairs. That's why it's important to know: for PNE's the apartment is not ideal.
