Nice clean house with newly painted guest bedroom, and new twin beds in the guest room. Main bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress. Couch and additional bed available in living room upon request. Walking distance to the stadium (I timed my walk from door to Stadium at 33 minutes). I will be available to address any concerns via phone/text. I will usually be in the area if any pressing issues arise that require immediate attention. Nice neighborhood with great neighbors. A nice park is 2 minutes away. The house itself is fairly secluded so you will have plenty of privacy to enjoy your stay. House is centrally located so you can get to campus in as little as 5 minutes (depending on traffic). A reasonably fit person could walk to the stadium in about a half hour.
