Trecia's oasis in located St. Mary (closer to Ocho Rios): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in a gated community located at Emerald Estate less than 10 minutes from Ocho Rios beaches and other attractions. Great indoor and outdoor living, perfect for couples, and business travelers. Emerald Estate has 24 hr security on-premises. Accommodates two persons only. You are allowed no more than two guests. Absolutely no sleep overs. No pets are allowed. No parties or other types of gatherings allowed. The space The bedroom is air-conditioned and fans are available in other areas. Comes fully with king-size bed, fantastic kitchen, hairdryer, smart tv, Netflix and WiFi throughout. Come to Trecia's Oasis for a relaxing and comfortable stay and to enjoy all that Jamaica has to offer!!! Guest access You have access to the community park for any outdoor games or just for jogging etc. During your stay I also do airport pick up at an additional $US130 each way. This is only done if traveling from the Montego Bay Airport and must be stated before arrival. Other things to note This is a gated community and all rules applies.
