Welcome to the ERAMO WINE HOUSE: 120 m² of comfort inspired by the world of wine, within walking distance of the center. Full kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, basic utensils and set, and toaster. Bathrooms (1.5): shower, basic toiletries, hairdryer. Terrace: spacious, and with a view of the city and lakes. Parking: reserved and free (very convenient for unloading luggage or storing luggage inside your car). Not suitable for very tall cars. Use an expert guide. Location: walking distance to the historic center, wine bars, restaurants and shops. For your stay, you will find complete linens included: sheets for the beds according to the number of guests, 1 shower towel and 1 medium towel for each person, as well as a bath mat. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not provide kitchen towels. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. We have Self Check-in, guests are asked to read the instructions that Airbnb will show 24 hours before check-in in their booking details, by clicking on "how to access the house", simple and autonomous access. Reserved parking is included in the price, limited heights so not suitable for tall vehicles, some maneuvers are necessary to access. As an official method for sending documents, we use a dedicated link, compliant with Italian legislation and directly connected with the State Police. Therefore, 24 hours before arrival, we ask you to upload the valid identity documents (passport or identity card) of all the people who will stay in the house through this link. If guests are Italian, they will also need to enter their tax code. ⚠️ Without completing this step, it will not be possible to access the property, as the system will not issue the access code or instructions for self check-in. Other things to note 🏡 Guest rules: 📩 Arrival instructions: 24 hours before check-in, carefully read the access and parking instructions (complete with photos and precise descriptions) available directly in your reservation, by clicking on "How to access the house". 🚮 Waste: Respect the separate collection using the dedicated bins under the house (multi-material, paper and cardboard, organic/undifferentiated). All waste must be disposed of completely by guests at check-out. Also check the terrace carefully to ensure that no personal waste has been left behind. 🏠 Respect for the house: Use the accommodation with care, as if it were your own. Damage, shortcomings or non-compliance with the check-out rules may be charged through the platform. Always close the common entrance door of the building, respect the quiet hours. ⚡️ Electricity consumption: Do not use more than one appliance at the same time that exceeds a total of 3 kW, otherwise the power could go out, as this is the maximum power of the house. 🌡️ Heating: the temperature is managed remotely to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. Please do not touch the thermostat or radiators, as this may cause problems with the system. If you want to turn off or adjust the heating, write to us directly in the Airbnb chat and we will do it for you in a few minutes. 🌿 Plants: If you are staying for several nights, we ask you to water the live plants in the house or on the terrace. The neighborhood: We are in a strategic and convenient area, with typical restaurants, bars, artisan bakeries, shops and urban wineries within walking distance. An ideal starting point to explore Tuscan villages, hills and landscapes.
