The studio is tastefully decorated with a nod to the history of the building The space The building designed by Ernest Groosman dates back to 1958, when the Coöperatieve Boerenleenbank housed it with an adjoining house for the clerk. Part of this property, namely the former bank section, is for rent as a B&B. The space The studio is a nice and bright space running on an air conditioner that provides both heating and cooling. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a smart TV, a dining area, a cupboard with games and a lovely sofa and armchair. The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the studio by a room divider and contains a double adjustable bed. The new bathroom has a warm vintage look and includes a sink and toilet as well as a spacious shower and bathtub. The house is fiber optic and you have excellent internet connection.
